HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENTS
If you visit us on a holiday weekend or during special events, we require a two-day minimum stay.

RESTRICTIONS
We cannot accommodate children under the age of 10, or pets.  The Charles House is a smoke-free inn.  For your convenience smoking is permitted on the front porch.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel a reservation, you must call the Inn.
To receive a full refund, you must call at least seven days prior to your arrival date.
If you fail to cancel seven or more days in advance you will receive a full refund only if the room(s) is/are refilled for your reserved period of stay.  Holidays and Special Events require 30 day notice prior to cancellation.  Please confirm when making your reservations.  If the rooms are not re-rented, no refund will be made.
